MMC began in 2009 with a beautiful sequence of unusual events – a happy accident, if you will!
Peter Roper, a multi-award-winning professional speaker, consultant, author, and trainer, needed support, and his daughter Sara Beth Reynolds, an award-winning event and project manager, was available to help. At that moment, they had no idea what it meant to be a family business—for good or bad!
Over the past 15 years, the true definition of a family business has come to fruition, led by Peter and Sara Beth and strengthened by Anny, Hazel and Chris.
